With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, and a charming balcony, it comfortably accommodates up to six people.

This fully air-conditioned 73 m² apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator consists of two elegant bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a french balcony.

LIVING ROOM:

The living room is spacious and bright. It features a comfortable dining area and a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. For bookings of 3 or 4 people, and if the sofa bed is to be made up, there is an additional linen fee of €25 to be paid upon arrival. Enjoy breakfast on the romantic french balcony.



KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a hob (4 cooking zones), a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment and a washing machine, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals like at home.







BEDROOMS:

The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, while the second bedroom is equipped with the same comfortable king-size bed, making it ideal for couples, friends or families.





BATHROOMS:

Two modern bathrooms offer optimal comfort. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A second, separate bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet: ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Nice.





GOOD TO KNOW:

One of the bathrooms has a separate clothes dryer and a clothes drying rack for those who do not want to use the tumble dryer.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions



- All of our properties are strictly non-smoking - including balconies and terraces.



- They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.



- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).



- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.



- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.



- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.



- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
