This holiday rental apartment is in the center of the Old Town and offers a place where 4 guests can easily live with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a lovely sitting-room, a dining-room and fully equipped kitchen. It has AC, WIFI and Cable TV.

Located in the old town of Nice, you will enjoy living on one of the many winding stone streets in the most charming part of Nice. Full of life and activity, this apartment is just off of Place Rosetti.

Butchers, bakers, and local artists line your walk home. Whether you enjoy strolling the boutique shops, crave new gastronomy experiences or just want to relax on the beach, this is the perfect home for a week.

The whole flat of 55sqm is at your disposal and offers plenty of room for your needs. 

Hanna or one of her Team Members will be there to welcome you, show you the property and give you information about your stay and insider's tips about places to go, restaurants and anything you need to know... She will also keep in touch during your stay to ensure that any questions will be answered thoroughly to make the best out of Nice.

The tramway is literally around the corner and buses are plentiful.

You can also rent bikes and cars.

Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.

Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included):

4pm – 8pm: 50€

8pm – 10pm: 75€

10pm – 12am: 100€

12am – 1am: 150€

After 1am: 200€

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.

Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In)

Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.

We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
