Welcome to La Prom 1, a charming two-level apartment right on the iconic Promenade des Anglais, steps from major bus routes for easy access around Nice. Situated on the 3rd floors of a building with an elevator, La Prom offers a unique layout with bedrooms on the upper level: the main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom doubles as a cozy TV lounge with a sofa bed for two.

Downstairs, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a dining area, sofa bed, and direct access to a private balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean waves. Basic essentials such as linens, and towels, are provided to make your stay stress-free. Additionally, while our neighborhood is quiet, it is also vibrant, so you may experience some activity from nearby cafés and shops, especially during the day.

Check in is between 4pm and 9pm. Early and late arrivals can be accommodated with a fee:

- Early Check in between 1pm and 4pm = 20€ (only on demand and if possible)

- Late Check in between 9pm and 11pm = 30€

- Late Check in between 11pm and midnight = 45€

*The early check in fee and late arrival fee are to be paid on arrival.
