This air-conditioned studio is located on the 3rd floor of the residence. The elevator will drop you off right in front of the apartment! Covered parking is available in the basement of the residence, as well as numerous outdoor parking spaces. The bedding is brand new! Because on vacation, it's important to get a good night's sleep! You can take advantage of the residence's facilities and the lively Saint Laurent du Var area.
Just one road to cross and you're at the marina or the beach! You can stroll along the Promenade des Flots Bleus or stop for a drink or dinner in one of the many seaside restaurants.

Close to all major roads and the airport, it's the ideal location for discovering the Côte d'Azur!

We recommend that you have your own vehicle, but many buses pass in front of the residence and the train station is just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around the region by public transport.
