This family neighborhood is ideal for enjoying the beach and a real neighborhood life. -- Gambetta Living in the Gambetta neighborhood means being able to enjoy the sea and the beach while being just a few blocks from downtown. More recent than the neighborhoods of the hyper center, Gambetta presents a harmonious mix of bourgeois buildings typical of 19th century Nice urbanism, Art Deco buildings and contemporary buildings.
