We were 6 people, 5 adults and 1 child and we were end of Sep - beg of Oct. Pls note if you arrive late there is no reception available after 8pm! And the front door has number lock. We were lucky that we came 15 min before they closed the reception . Note that you have to bring your own toilet paper and buy all washing-up liquid! When we arrived to our room, there was no toilet paper and when I informed this to hotel they gave us half roll of toilet paper and told us we have to buy it by ourselves! Same if you want to clean your room you have to buy liquid yourself! There was no house cleaning behalf of hotel. Our balcony was near tennis field and that's why you can't leave anything to balcony or dry your clothes at balcony. When it is windy, all the red (brick) dust came to balcony and also to inside. I think I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Emplacement parfait. Appartement très propre, bien agencé avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Seul petit point a améliorer, l'isolation phonique au niveau de la porte d'entrée .

Ideal place - easy walk for the beach and the town, would highly recommend. It's not posh, it's not modern, but it's safe, with friendly staff, and a bargain in such an expensive area. If you're looking for a romantic hotel experience, this isn't for you, but if you're a family, or a group of friends needing a good base - this is for you.

Jolie surprise
L'établissement est idéalement placé dans la baie de villefranche. Seul bémole: la route et la voie ferrée sont à proximité de la résidence. Certains appartements peuvent être impacté par le bruit (peu de train en circulation).Sinon le logement est conforme à la description sur site. Bonne adresse à retenir.

Rafraîchissement s’impose, le dévidoir de papier toilette n’est pas remplacé, ça ne doit pas coûter très cher ? Un tableau est cassé, mais est en place. Le standing Pierre et vacances n’est peut-être plus à la hauteur que j’imaginais.

Die Anlage ist interessant und in Hanglage gebaut. Fantastische Sicht über die Bucht. Allerdings ist drumherum gar nichts. Selbst zum Brötchen holen braucht man das Auto. Auch Restaurants sind nur über etwas länger Fusswegstrecken erreichbar. Der Pool ist super. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Den Strand erreicht man über einen Fussweg bergab und eine Treppe. Tolles Wasser. Badeschuhe nicht vergessen!!! In der Beschreibung stand, dass das Apartment sauber , auch nach Corona Standart, bezogen wird. Dem war nicht der Fall. Alles war schmuddelig. Der Kühlschrank war innen teilweise schimmelig. Das Eisfach war völlig vergammelt und stank. Im ganzen Wohnraum klebten überall erschlagene Mückenleichen. Am Fernseher, Lampen, Wänden ect. Allein an der Decke waren geschätzt einhundert davon (das ist keine Übertreibung). Das trübte den Urlaubsgenuss enorm.

La résidence est bien, beau cadre et bien située, proximité de la plage (5 mins à pied) et des gares (15 mins à pied). Le logement est correct pour 2 mais un peu étroit pour de personnes. Il y a un snack, ce qui est pratique. Personnel du snack très bien. Bémols pour la climatisation qui est payante (100€ la semaine, un peu abusé pour le sud de la France de devoir payer pour ça). Si on veut un transat à la piscine, c’est également payant, ce que je ne trouve pas normal. La personne à l’accueil n’est pas très professionnel.

Tiny rooms, car necessary
Don't go in thinking of this as a hotel - it's more like a super-tiny apartment. The rooms are tiny (had to leave the bedroom to have room to get dressed). You can't easily walk anywhere in town (it's on a walled-in road with no sidewalks), which is a particular problem because you'll need to provide your own groceries. On the up side, you can walk down to the beach and there's a beautiful view from the pool area. If you're on a super-tight budget (and have a car!), this is worth it. We left after the first day because we didn't want to spend our whole vacation tripping over each other and worrying about taxis.

Mycket bra läge med dramatiskt vacker natur omkring. Närhet till bussen och tåg, närhet till mataffär. Relativt stor apartament med egen uteplats i ostört läge Underbart poolområde. Gratis parkering. Värt pengarna 100 gånger men ingen lyx!

Family vacation
As long as you know that (i) you have to Make your own bed (II) clean kitchen area before you leave and (iii) take out the garbage, this no frills hotels/residence is great for families with access to a nice pool and a beach with no waves and some sand. You will need a car as there’s no supermarket close by and the studios are really small, don’t plan to cook anything but the very basics. Despite all of this is was the best value for my family with a 2 year old while we were visiting Nice, Eze and Monaco.

OK hotel/lejligheder. Flotte omgivelser, OK kvalitet men meget trængt og ingen aircondition. Meget småt og ikke særlig lyst. MEN elendig service fra personalet!!! Poolen skal man betale for, vi blev alle dage mødt af en meget sur/irriteret pooldame, som bare gjorde oplevelsen ubehagelig. Vi kom op og diskutere flere gange og endte med bare at være på stranden fordi vi ikke gad være i nærheden af hendes lorte energi. Reveptionens personale var heller ikke specielt imødekommende og venlige. Ville ikke anbefale det til nogen.

Great Location! Nice pool! Clean common areas! Room could have been cleaner; a vent in the bathroom would be better; apartment is much smaller than it appears in the pictures; beds are also very small; mattresses are not that comfortable. Most importantly, they should improve their communication with their vendors like hotels.com, etc. as the reception desk is open certain number of hours. I checked in late and then I called hotels.com to connect with them; however, neither hotels.com nor I was able to connect with them. at the number they provided to hotels.com. This caused a serious issue and should not be taken lightly
