Les Passerilles on yksinkertaisesti upea koti - se tekee täydellisestä loma-asunnosta, joka tarjoaa upeat merinäköalat, suuret terassit ulkoilmaruokailuun, suihkulähde-uima-altaan viilentyäkseen, ilmastointitiedot talossa, 5 makuuhuonetta, tilava oleskelutila, runsaasti valoa ja auringonpaistetta, huomio yksityiskohtiin kaikkialla ja täysin remontoitu. Talon vanhin osa on peräisin 3-400 vuotta, joten tästä 225m2: n kartanosta löydät kasa charmia.
Maantaso
Ota pääsisäänkäynnin ovelta 2 askelta alas ja löydä itsesi avoimen asuintilan labyrintistä, joka kutoo kaareiden, pylväiden ja lasiovien läpi. Täältä löydät ruokailutilan, iso takalla varustetun olohuoneen, viherhuoneen, keittiön ja kodinhoitoalueen. Siellä on w. c tällä tasolla.

Suuret rauta- ja lasiovet avautuvat merinäköalan terassille, joka on jaettu kahdelle tasolle, joiden koko on noin 20m2 (4 askelta välillä), joka kulkee talon koko pituudella lämmitettyllä suihkulähde-uima-altaalla 3 x 2. 10m - 1m10 syvä ja sijaitsee osoitteessa terassin kaukana. Siellä on kesäkeittiö, jossa on pesuallas ja plancha, aurinkovarjot, pergola, ulkosuihku, aurinkotuolit, ulkokalusteet ja valaistus. Appelsiini- ja sitruunapuut sekä värikkäät kasvit koristavat tätä upeaa tilaa.

Ensimmäinen kerros
- Makuuhuone 1 - Parivuode tai koottava parivuodeksi 160cm - ilma-ikkuna - TÄMÄ makuuhuone ei ole käytössä 2020.
- Makuuhuone 2 - Makuuhuone - 180 cm parivuode - Takka mukavilla istuimilla - varustetut vaatekaapit - ilmastointi - 2 tuplalasiovetta avataan toiselle merinäköalalla terassille (24m2) ulkokalusteilla. Jälleen terassilla kulkee koko talon pituus, huomaa, että toisen kiinteistön terassi jättää huomioimatta terassin loppupään.
- Kylpyhuone - Upea kylpyhuone, jossa mustalla ja valkoisella tarkistetut marmorilattialaatat sekä valkoisella ja kromisella kylpyhuoneella varustettu kylpyhuone: erillinen kylpyamme, suihku, w. C. ja pesuallas. Huurrelasilla olevat mustat rauta-ovet tarjoavat pääsyn ensimmäisen kerroksen terassille.

Toinen kerros
- Makuuhuone 3 - 160 cm sänky (voidaan jakaa erillisiin vuoteisiin) - air con - takka - ikkuna - sementti lattialaatat.
- Makuuhuone 4 - Viehättävä makuuhuone räystäiden alla palkkeilla ja takalla - Ilmastointi - 2 merinäköalan ikkunat - 160cm sänky.
- Kylpyhuone - Kävele suihkulla, w. c ja pese pesuallas - pehmeät beigeet ja harmaat pienillä mustavalkoisilla laatoilla suihkulattialla. Taivaan valo.

Ylimmässä kerroksessa
- Makuuhuone 5 - 160 cm sänky - oma kylpyhuone, w. C. ja pesuallas. Suuri takkahuone - ilmastointi - avautuu omalle, merinäköalalla sijaitsevalle terassille noin 9m2, puisilla terasseilla.

2020 poikkeuksellisesti - 9. hengen mahdollisuus.

Les Passerelles on todellinen aarre, joka on kauniisti vietetty kylän pääkadulta, josta pääsee kauniilla, raudasella portilla, jossa yläpuolella on lehtipuiden viheralueita - mukulakivipolku vie sinut suoraan vaikuttavalle ovelle. Lounaaseen päin oleva talo on auringonvalon tulva ja siitä on merinäköala Cap d’Antibesiin.

Vain 5 minuutin kävelymatka alla olevaan kaupunkiin, joka sijaitsee lähellä ilmaista bussipysäkkiä. Pura auto läheltä taloa. Talo on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä hyvästä valikoimasta ravintoloita ja kylän pääaukiosta, joka on toiminnan nousu lämpiminä kuukausina. Alla oleva kaupunki on 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, josta löydät boulangeriet, ruokamarkkinat, putiikit, supermarketit, kahvilat, postin jne. Ilmainen bussikuljetus (joka kulkee 20 minuutin välein) on myös vaihtoehto, jos et tunne kävelyä.

We had the best stay in this beautiful home in Cagnes -Sur-Mer. The home is so charming and beautifully decorated. The views from all of the balcony's are just breathtaking. The house is very well equipped and we lived its charming village and surroundings. Kerry-Leigh is so friendly and helpful. Overall, our entire stay was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the restaurants by the castle, especially Le Village. I felt like we were on the set of Beauty and the Beast. The village is so charming and close to other cities and beaches. The listing is accurate that the property is probably not good for small children or anyone who has trouble walking up hills and stairs. We hope to return again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Historic Castle town.

This approximately 400 year old home was amazing. Views from the pool of the Mediterranean were a bonus. Very comfortable with more than enough space for our family of 6 adults. Kitchen had everything. Outdoor space was our favorite. We took morning coffee overlooking the Mediterranean with a cool breeze and great views. Grilled Duck on the grill one night from the grocery store just down the hill. The free shuttle stops just a few steps from the front door making travel into town very easy. The restaurants in the castle courtyard gave us several very nice dining options. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Top of Le Haut de Cagnes-sur-Mer

Perched on a hill above the Mediterranean is a perfect home for discriminating travelers. A beautiful hundreds year old stone house that offers air-conditioned comfort and top-of-the-line amenities. A small dipping pool on the patio cools you off when needed and gives you a breath-taking view of the sea. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. And don’t worry about getting into town for extra supplies as the free shuttle bus gets you there and back in comfort. But perhaps the best part of Le Passerilles, as the house is called, is the guest host Kerry-Leigh. She will take great care of you and make sure your stay is a memorable one. We’ll give this one 6 stars.

Rugby, rain & relax!!

Three days with old friends enjoying the Rugby World Cup, then joined by wife and more friends for some R&R. Mixed weather, but the house, terraces and view are exemplary. The location would not necessarily be suitable for young children or adults even older and more decrepit than me, due to steep climb from the town. However, being able to walk up to the hilltop square in 10 minutes and enjoy fabulous ambiance, and a choice of restaurants and watch the locals play boule in the square - wonderful!!!

Stunning Home In A Beautiful Village

This property was absolutely perfect for us, everything is finished with an absolute eye for detail & provided 8 of us (2 families with teenagers) with enough space to feel like we could escape each other, yet when we came together the social areas were perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed with an extra large fridge in the utility room. There was also a lovely outside kitchen where we cooked both breakfast & dinner. The village above & the town below provided some excellent dinning, cafes, shops & markets. The addition of the free bus if you didn’t want to tackle the hill or the shuttle to the beach were a bonus and the proximity of the bus stop & train station enabled us to do some lovely day trips without having to worry about hiring a car, traffic jams & parking hell! Kerry-Leigh was lovely, very helpful and looked after us perfectly. We had an amazing time & hope to return soon.

Perfect Family House

Pictures do not do justice to this beautiful home. It’s actually located up in the old village of Cagnes Sur Mer which adds to its charm and beauty. The home is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were there with family ranging from 17-80. Kerry-Leigh was a superb host always available and helpful. If you have a car parking is a bit of a challenge but once you get the hang of it much easier. It took us a few days to figure that out but Kerry-Leigh helped. The road is also steep but there is a very convenient shuttle that takes you up and down to the lower town. There is also a charming piazza 7 minute walk up the hill with many restaurants by the castle. Truly magical. We all loved it there.

Elegance and Comfort

Our family group of six stayed eight nights and enjoyed every moment. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and utensils--equipment you have at home but don't expect on vacation. The beds were exquisite, with pillows you could actually sleep on (never happens). The indoor living spaces were decorated with a minimalist elegance that invited us to stop, take a seat and just be. Outside was lovely, with enough space for the group to dine, relax and enjoy the views. I will never forget morning café au lait on the bedroom terrace, watching the green parakeets flash in the trees. Afternoons, the pool was a refreshed oasis; propped on its edges, we drank cocktails (yes, the fridge has an ice maker) and watched the light change over the Cap d ’Antibes. Finally, I have to commend the owners for their choice of representative, Kerry-Leigh. She was kind, attentive and went far above expectations by helping one of our group who'd needed documents replaced. A treasure. Our (minor) suggestion is to add more storage—cabinets, hooks or shelves in some of the rooms and bathrooms. Kerry-Leigh explained this was in the plan. When we return we look forward to enjoying the house and exploring farther afield in the Maritime Alps. Thank you again for having us in this lovely home.

Merveilleux séjour dans les hauts de Cagnes

Nous avons découvert les Passerilles courant Août et y sommes restés 1 semaine avec notre fille et notre petite fille. De notre arrivée où nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Kerry-Leigh jusqu'à notre départ tout était parfait. Les lieux meublés avec goût et l’exposition idéale , tout à été pensé pour le bien-être des invités. La réactivité de Kerry qui a su répondre à toutes nos demandes avec gentillesse et professionalisme. C’est la maison parfaite pour se ressourcer et passer de merveilleux moments en famille Deux petites remarques qui n’ont en rien altérées notre séjour : -Une petite échelle pour sortir de la piscine serait la bienvenue car il y a bien les petits tabourets pour y rentrer, mais certaines personnes ( surpoids, grossesse) pourraient avoir du mal à en ressortir - Et la petite cerise sur le gâteau une petite lumière pour la piscine la nuit qui sublimerait encore plus cet endroit hors du temps Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute Valérie et Simon

PERFECT!

I stayed here for a week at the beginning of August with my husband, 2 teenagers, nephew, brother and sister. This house was perfect in every way possible, it has all you need for a perfect holiday. The house is located on a steep road, so we used the free shuttle bus (available in July and August) to get up and down to where we needed to get to. There are some lovely restaurants located in the square at the top of the hill, with amazing views to sit back and enjoy whilst having a lovely meal. Kerry-Leigh who managers the house was very helpful, I felt that I could ask her questions at any time and she was quick and helpful on her replies, she also suggested a few ideas for things to do. The dipping pool was well used, and we cooked outside and enjoyed some lovely evening meals together as a family. The seven of us all agreed that this is a perfect place to stay and we all hope to stay again soon, we didn’t want to leave. The house is in a great location for visiting places along the Côte d'Azur.

Tolle Villa mit schönem Blick

Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. 3 Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick . Leider hat der Grill nicht funktioniert. Die Lage an einer steilen Straße bringt gutes Training für die Kondition. Schöne und gute Restaurants in 300 Meter Entfernung oben auf dem Berg.

Wonderful month in Haut Cagnes

This is a beautifully decorated and marvelously situated house. The house was a lovely and cool retreat from the July heat. It is centrally located in the (steep) village street but very quiet and the terrace has a marvelous view. Kerry-Leigh was a fantastic host and kept in touch to ensure a seamless check in / check out and great advice on the village and events going on in the area. We loved Friday night live music in the village square. Thank you!

Would give more than 5 stars if I could

Honored to leave the first review of this incredible home! My partner and I stayed in this house for 1 week with 3 other couples (all in our early 30's) and it was beyond perfect. The pictures really don't do it justice. Finding 4 proper double/queen beds in 1 listing is already like trying to find a needle in a haystack, but add on to that a gourmet kitchen with that fabulous outdoor dining table, a plunge pool (bigger than it looks in the pics - we could get all 8 of us in there comfortably; water comes up to your waist/chest). air conditioning (essential in the French summers), and the to-die-for-view...and needless to say, we didn't want to leave!!! Some things to know: 1. House is not quiiiite finished. There were some very small things like coasters and trashcans in each room/bathroom that we didn't have but those things are easy to work around and I think the owners will put those in soon. 2. The hill it is on is really like a freaking mountain. It is not fun to climb in the sweltering heat with luggage. Even though it's a short-ish walk (15-20 min) from the train station, really consider getting a car for that first commute up the hill. 3. FYI it takes about 30 min to get to the beach (and the beach is amazing - so much cheaper than other beaches on the Riviera). 4. For urgent questions, use the regular calling feature on your phone instead of WhatsApp for better connectivity! Kerry-Leigh was amazing; she really went above and beyond just getting us checked in and out. Highly responsive, gave us suggestions of things to do throughout the week, and it really felt like we had a friend in Cagnes for anything we might need. Can't recommend this property enough!!
