This nice 55 m2 apartment is located in the Magnan district, a stone's throw from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. With its proximity to the sea, tram station, shops, grocery store and restaurants, it is a very nice holiday apartment for a couple or a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The lovely and spacious 20 m2 balcony faces the courtyard and overlooks the pool area. It has awnings to protect from the sun on hot summer days.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
The larger bedroom has a bed that is 180x200cm and a wardrobe. The smaller room has a bunk bed with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. The open and nice living room has a sofa group with table, a dining area with space for 6 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with glass and porcelain, and has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
The bathroom was renovated about 5 years ago and has a shower, sink and towel dryer.
Separate toilet is in the hall.
The lovely pool is shared by those who live in the house. Here you bring your own beach towel or beach mattress that you lay out on the floor by the pool.
Around and in the pool it should be calm and quiet, so it will be relaxing for everyone who lives there. The pool is open, depending on the weather, May to September.
Central AC is in the apartment. It is shared by the entire house and is somewhat weak. In the summer the temperature in the apartment is cool but it never gets ice cold like an AC that is separate for the apartment.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the house and there is a large elevator.
