The cottages are centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The gazebo out back was perfect for evening gatherings. ”Absolutely loved the cottage!! The space was perfect for vacation! The kids enjoyed the family area and the sand and Corn Hole boards. The owners were very helpful in getting a cottage booked and kept me up to date on everything I needed to know. I’ve already recommended Sum Beaches Paradise to multiple people!!! ”The cottage was so light and roomy. It felt luxurious, yet homey. It was well appointed and had everything we needed. The hosts are fabulous. They are near and attentive but not obtrusive in any way. I look forward to staying there again which is huge because in over 50 visits to the beach I have only stayed in one other house more than once. Bravo!”

”We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beaches very much! Plenty of room for the 2 of us, clean inside and out, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and other household items. Nice location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ice cream and the beach! Wifi was sometimes a little spotty. Owners were very responsive. Would highly recommend it and would definitely go back again.”
