”We always stay this neighborhood because it gives the feeling of being secluded at the beach, which is hard to find on 30A. The area is convenient to the beach, all that 30A has to offer and quick trip out to HWY 98. The house was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable! The communication with the host was great!We will certainly stay again!”

”Overall, the house layout and location were perfect for my family and my sister‘s family. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. I do have a few things to consider. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We do a lot of cooking family meals, and there were two pans to cook with, one of which was so scratched on the bottom I’m sure it was hazardous for our health. ”We enjoyed our stay in the Smith Cottage. Proximity to the beach was ideal. Restaurants, bars, coffee shops were all in walking distance.Grayton Beach is the ideal beach town. Kelly keeps the property immaculate. We appreciated the bikes, chairs, etc. for the beach and the cottage was stocked with books and games for a rainy day. We look forward to returning to Grayton Beach.”

”Wendy & Gary are the most gracious hosts! Their guest cottage is spectacular! I felt like a queen for 5 days. My son loved the upstairs suite all to himself while I enjoyed the spacious and beautifully appointed first floor. The cottage was clean, wonderfully decorated and well thought out. ”Loved the family friendly environment. Also great for a group of families or friends to all stay together and have their own space. Cabin 2 was comfortable (minus the acorns falling on the tin roof), well maintained, everything we needed, nothing we didn’t. Very close to Navarre beach, 30 min from downtown Pensacola and lots of great food options. We plan on returning!”
