”It’s actually one of the most ridiculously overpriced onsen hotel I have ever been. We travel around Japan and have been living in many similar styled ryokans and rarely run into such disappointments. The hotel obviously has dinner option. But neither Expedia nor the hotel provide proper communication for such option. ( Just for comparison, for other hotels that are over 100,000 Yen / night, we always get email communications from the hotels about potential options pre arrival dates). We arrived...

”It's our third time to stay in this hotel. We got upgraded to the premium floor, where we had capsule coffee machine and nice green tea. Everything was great, except the air-conditioner. It was set to 22/23 degree no matter how low we tried to adjust it. It was horrible for us, couldn't sleep the 6 nights at all. We tried to ask the personnel to adjust it, they acknowledged the problem, but nothing was done. It's a bad idea to do any water sports or onsen and sleep in a room with poor...

”We only stayed here for one night just for a stop over so we didn’t expect much. It was cheap and surprisingly very spacious. The best part was that the futons provided were the most comfortable futons that I’ve slept on during my trip. Wish we stayed longer, it had a really honey and camp feel which I really liked compared to the busy city hotels we’ve stayed at. The service was great too, we came late in the night because we had to drive down and we still had someone greet us with a warm...

”公共交通機関で行かれる場合、電車とバスの時刻はしっかり調べて行かれると良いと思います（合わせて30分に1本くらい）。どちらの駅・停留所からも近い位置にあり、大変便利でした。また、大変美味しいカキ小屋（色々な海鮮と肉のバーベキューも兼ねる）がすぐ近くにありました！”

”ホテル内はどこもキレイで、サービスの朝食も普通に美味しく、なにより立地が最高でした。アーケードが目の前なので、目的のお店にもすぐ行けて大満足です。飲み物は自販機もありますが、一階に一日中フリードリンクサービスがあるので、とても助かります。部屋は手狭ですが、ダブルベッドに大人2人で寝てもそこまで窮屈と感じず、寝具も良い物を使われているようで、ぐっすり寝れました。女性のアメニティーはそれなりの準備が必要です。チェックイン開始時間に到着したので、ホテルの駐車場に停めれましたが、そうでない方達は近くの駐車場から荷物を運びながら来られていたので大変そうでした。今回は立地の良さを重視しましたが、それ以外も満足のいくホテルでしたので、次回もリピートします！”
