”I was welcome properly and able to communicate with the host. Her response was prompt. I did not appreciated the fact that I was not informed ahead of my check-in that I will be sharing apartment with someone else. That was uncomfortably awkward. The TV in the living room does not work. I informed the host and she apologized. The AC works. The room was cozy and clean. I appreciate having a working tv in the room. Kitchen was well equipped and pure water provided to help with cooking and brushing...

”This is a SHARED apartment. If your not comfortable with sharing a house with strangers i would not recommend. The distribution states it will be just you but its not. Overall the place looks just like the pictures. The location is perfect on the island. The room was cozy. The walls are thin my husband had to tell the others to keep it down on multiple occasions, they did comply. The rooftop was amazing and great for pictures. The property manager lives onsite he was great and he responded...

"I will not be back. This hotel is definitely past its glory days and is at best a bad 3 star. The staff was nice. The hotel is not properly maintained. The corridor smelled mouldy, the lighting in the room was so bad, it was impossible to fully use the room. One bulb in the already dimly lit bathroom stopped working even though I had asked for it be replaced the previous day. I could not see my clothes in the closet due to poor lighting. The toilet flusher was falling off. The spa and gym were closed and under renovation and annoyingly, I was not informed prior to making my booking. The spa was the main reason I had chosen this hotel. I could not enjoy breakfast by the pool because debris from the renovations was falling into my plate. Quite a bad hotel stay overall."
