”TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Every person in this hotel has an attitude . The bell woman smacking her gum asking what i need , the valet that walks away saying remarks under their breath about a tip , and the overall staff feels like you’re burdening them by any interaction . Coming from LAS VEGAS , this was hands down the worst experience we’ve ever had while paying premium for a top of the line room . Stay anywhere in Atlantic City but here . ”Great experience, However the staff could have cleaned the room when requested, the bed was a little hard, we didn’t have any extra soap and towels. Also there was no soap in the shower dispenser.”

”We were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade that included a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a highlight, and the rooftop bar offered amazing views, tasty reasonably priced snacks and drinks and excellent service.
