This apartment is ideal for one or two people (double bed 160 cm x 200 cm).

A beautiful living room on the first floor overlooking the inner courtyard without any vis-à-vis, in complete privacy. A lounge area with a comfortable sofa, just like at home. A TV with a smart decoder and Netflix.

THE KITCHEN:
A functional kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, extractor, oven, microwave oven, washing machine dryer, raclette machine offer all the comforts for your stay. Breakfast essentials are on site: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

THE ROOM:
The room offers you a moment of pure relaxation thanks to the 160x200 double bed. Quality bedding with cotton satin sheet for more comfort. A second Netflix smart TV.

SHOWER ROOM:
A shower/sauna-hammam combo with a hairdryer and all the toiletries (2 large towels, 2 medium towels, body and hair gel).

In order to ensure optimal comfort during your stay, we provide:

We SYSTEMATICALLY carry out a deep cleaning of the apartment to bring you hygiene, comfort and serenity. The cleaning is carried out by a professional and specialized company.

We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your security deposit nor will we notice the slightest damage to the accommodation. The accommodations are non-smoking, no vaping, no parties, pets or overflow are allowed.

Arrival times are possible from 4 p.m. Do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Departure times are imperatively before 11 a.m.

Once your reservation has been validated by our team, we will send you a few hours before your arrival, a secret code allowing access to the accommodation.

Arrivals are done independently with a key box. The same goes for your departure.

Check-in times are only from 16:00 and check-out times are always before 11:00.

Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly forbidden in the apartment and that we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts etc...), we reserve the right to demand a fine of a minimum amount of €300.

Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and the cleanliness of the common areas. No parties/parties are allowed in the accommodation.

No theft or damage to the apartment is tolerated.

No pets are allowed.
