”We managed to park outside which was great very useful. We got there a little bit early but Diane at the reception desk was fantastic. We got all booked in up in the room off to adventure in the Docklands. The room was lovely and tidy. Very neat everything that you needed very warm had to open the window but all the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again I think they’re a fantastic location and absolutely brilliant staff. Thanks for a wonderful day Cliff. ”

”Everywhere in the hotel was absolutely spotless,staff were attentive,polite and very friendly. Food was lovely ,can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it,but talking to others it was fabulous! Would also like to highly recommend a massage with Heather..she fixed my achey joints like never before! Thankyou all for a fabulous 3 day break,we will be back for sure xx ”
