”Our room was located on the third floor and there was no lift in the part of the hotel where our room was located. Not good for my 83 year old Grandma
Our room was booked for 3 people but was only set up for 2 people
The room was advertised to have a safe but there was no safe in the room
No shower caps/ other amenities in the room
Much below standard compared to other Radisson hotels I have stayed in”

”I would prefer it hotter but it was warm enough. Food was delicious, very good quality, staff extremely helpful and friendly, spa is beautiful with wide range of facilities. ”

”Unfortunately this hotel is looking very tired. The rooms are shabby and dusty. Stains on the walls and on the ceiling of the bathroom. But, the staff were very friendly and the location is great. ”
