Huvilat – Nord

”WOW!We travelled as a group of 10 (5 couples celebrating some 50th birthdays) and the whole experience from booking to check-out with the lovely man that is William (the host) was an absolute triumph. He reached out to me as the lead guest to explain and ensure completion of documentation was understood weeks before travel, the local taxes and how to pay them. He replied to the few questions we had and went out of his way to facilitate an earlier (noon) check-in as we were travelling to arrive...

”Pros: The best part was the beautiful house itself—lovely features, clean, spacious and full of character. Cons: Beautiful, clean house with lovely features and a convenient bus stop nearby. Taxis to and from Palma were quite expensive. Our biggest disappointment was the 5pm check-in and 10am check-out, which felt very restrictive and significantly reduced our enjoyment of a short stay. There also wasn’t enough crockery or basic essentials such as toilet paper, salt, pepper and olive oil, which...

”Nice house, close to city, but still calm and quiet area. Close to accès roads. Lovely, helpful owners... Rather stay here than in a hotell. Sweden”

”We had the best time at this house and it was in a great location.”

”Wunderschöne Finca. Entspricht genau den Fotos, viel Privatsphäre.”

”Our stay at this house was absolutely delightful, making it an exceptional choice for our family getaway. House was spotless from top to bottom, which made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better accommodation for our family vacation.”

”We absolutely loved our stay. The villa is beautiful we loved everything about it. We requested more fans as we had a heat wave and they came straight away with them. The kitchen had everything you needed, plenty of plates pans etc. Loved the washing room. Came home with all clean clothes. We would definitely 100% recommend staying here. The views were beautiful and local supermarket was 11 minutes away with everything you needed. Definitely need a car to get to this beautiful villa. Our family...

”We travelled to Palma for our son's wedding and we wanted a villa so we could all be together. The villa is perfect for people looking for a quiet location but a short walk from all of the attractions. Our host Pedro was amazing and so accommodating. The villa had lots of personal touches and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful city of Palma and its surroundings. The views from the kitchen and outside balcony are beautiful. A fantastic place to stay and unwind. ”

”Great house with a wonderful garden, comfortabele beds and with a great atmosphere. We where surprised that there was a cat we had to feed but it stayed outside the house.”

”Very nice stay, lovely house, great location, perfect outdoor area and kitchen facilities. Only negative thing is no aircondition, was too hot at night. ”

”The location was great, minutes walk into town and 10min simple drive to Soller Port. The swimming was lovely and the owner let us stay later and use it while waiting for our flight. Plenty of room for indoor & outdoor dinning. We had a great two weeks.”

”Excellent ! Très belle maison, très propre, très fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins. On reviendra ! ”

”We had an amazing time at the villa, we had everything we need and we could easily contact te owner if anything was wrong.Would recommend!”
