”Great dtay at the Cliff. We had a partial Seaview the views were amazing. Breakfast was good but warm rather than hot. Food good quality. I feel the bar area whilst nice lacks atmosphere. The terrace has amazing views its a shame the nights were so cold as we couldn't use it fully but may be possible on a future stay. Renovations ongoing this affects the outside areas but didn't impact on us. Disruption was kept to a minimum. Reception staff and Breakfast service amazing.”

Every aspect was just perfect. The Art Deco Sunrise suite was amazing with views of the sea, the staff were very hospitable and the food excellent. Would certainly use this brilliant hotel again.”
”This is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub.
The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends.
To get a breakfast included was phenomenal.

”I've stayed at Decoy Barn a couple of times now and always enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and very quiet - both times I've stayed I've slept well, which I hardly ever do when I am away from home. John and Suzanne are great hosts and I always feel very welcome when I stay at Decoy Barn. The off-street parking is really good too - plenty of spaces and very secure.”
”The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate.
It’s unclear whether rooms are let on a longer-term basis, but it seemed that way. Sadly, our neighbour was audibly upset and sobbed...
”Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer.”
”It's Dale's home and he treats everyone with kindness and great hospitality. Would recommend to those looking to stay in Great Yarmouth.
