”We enjoyed our stay at Ted and Janelle’s property. The unit is attached to the main house but there is no access between properties. The unit has its own entrance with its own convenient parking space. Communications is excellent. We needed to add an additional day and early arrival and we were able to do through the app/text with Ted. A TV issue was quickly addressed by Ted. The refrigerator is stocked with water and a couple of bottles of the local brew which is a nice touch!”

”UT Orientation lasts for 3 days, and we decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel. It was the best decision we made. The hosts were very proactive with the information needed for the stay. The house was very clean and everything was thought of, including chargers, snacks and toiletries. The house is about a 15-minute walk to the Speedway, North Campus. While we were at orientation, we left our 15-year-old son and two dogs at the house and were never worried about their safety. Central Market...

”This home was absolutely PERFECT! From the minute you step on the front stairs to the rooftop deck was exactly as described! All the bedrooms were big and the beds so comfy! Bathrooms were large and showers were ideal. The icing on the cake is the outdoor spaces. Our personal favorite was the rooftop deck with its stunning downtown Austin views. We started the day there with a cup of tea/coffee and the birds, ended the day with outrageous sunsets! Hands down I highly recommend everyone to stay...

”The property is a nice place to crash at when you are visiting Austin and need to be close to the convention center. The space was clean. The living room and kitchen are not very spacious but decent sized. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook a few meals. The 3 bedrooms are all well sized. The master bath is quite spacious. All rooms had clean sheets and some closet space. Master bedroom did not exactly have a closet but had a rack to keep your stuff on and a pole to hang clothes...
