”As we first walked thru the property, we were struck by how colorful and tasteful the decor was, impressed by how vastly roomy and clean the whole place was, and we really enjoyed the main kitchen common area, and upstairs porch common area. It was truly a surprise to find such a perfect set up for our group of friends to enjoy being in their own space, and yet altogether, right in the middle of Austin. ”

”I had questions before my stay and the owner was quick to respond. There are plenty of towels for our swim. Neighbors were friendly. We are already talking about going back. Great place!! ”

”House was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with necessary items. Appreciated the snack items left for our arrival. The house is in a friendly quiet neighborhood and was excellent for my week in Austin. Only 20 minutes to the airport and easy access to the highway. The only thing I might suggest is to have someone come and clean up the front and back flowerbeds. The back was so overgrown we couldn’t really sit out back. Besides this I still give it 5 stars! ”

”We were in town for. BBQ adventure. This spot is close to all the best spots. Franklin, La Barbecue, were all within a short distance from this house. The location gave easy access to bars and I35 so getting to places that were a bit further out was easy too. Up and coming neighborhood. Safe and clean. 10/10 would stay again. If you like BBQ definitely give this spot a shot. But don’t go to Coopers. Overpriced and all the flavor of an old baseball mitt. Thanks”
