”This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. ”

The whole resort is tucked away in the mountainside like it's always been there. Love the way the buildings have been built around the existing nature so it all feels natural. ”Great location near the airport. I love the room space. The only issue I had was with the front desk person in the morning. I'm there to checkout and the young lady, just looked at me and took my card. I have to initiate a "Good Morning" and leaving a "Thank you" . Make sure you do secret shoppers on your customer service staff.”
