”Property is excellent and is brand new. There is construction occurring everywhere around the property at the time we stayed. There were also vagrants roaming around at all hours, just be alert if you have to park on the street.”

The property was nice and our room on the 300 (top) level was as quiet as a multi-unit in a city can be. The building is in a great location. We spent days just walking around and exploring downtown Denver. There were tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and fun in easy walking access. ”
