”Beautiful accommodations with an excellent location to so much.”

”Clean, neat, nicely decorated, efficient and pleasant. We enjoyed it very much. One suggestion: in the description of the apartment, add a photo that shows that there are two steps to climb up to get into the very comfortable beds.Could be a challenge for people with limited mobility.I’m 83 years old and managed Ok.”

”For a last minute trip, we couldn't beat the location. Less than 10 minutes from Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton main streets as well as from Sagaponack beaches. The space is quaint and offers everything you need, a small kitchenette, a work desk, outdoor space. There was several communications sent regarding privacy and not interacting with other guests on property which I can appreciate but felt excessive. My two biggest complaints and likely why I would not rebook was first the cleanliness of the...

”The property was convenient for what we needed. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe during our stay! The property is located in the basement of the host’s house so you can hear them walking above and their dog barking throughout the evening/night. Also, I found that the bedroom, kitchen, and living room were clean - but the bathroom was not. Nothing we couldn’t live with for a couple days, but just something to consider! There is a window AC in the bedroom and you are in a basement so the...

”Place was perfect for our 2 day stay. In town for family event. Was well stocked with kitchen items and bathroom. Outside area was relaxing. Quaint little place. Host communicated well and everything was as expected. Thank you”

”Able to walk to all the nearby restaurants with this location, including the beach. Very clean rooms with 2 TVs and controllable AC. Would definitely visit here again.”

”The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths. The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”

”'Glad that TV remote actually had batteries so turning it on wasn't troublesome after full day driving town looking for places to eat!'”

”If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid.”

”Room was spacious enough and very clean. The bedding smelled like fabric softener. Love that clean smell. William is great at communicating. We thought the kitchen & table would be in the room, but William explained the photos have to do with how VRBO has him upload them. Understandable. The community kitchen area was very doable and more than we needed. The rooms are very quiet. No road noise. Stairs are a bit of a narrow hike to the second floor, but doable as well. It is noticable...

”Microwave and walk-in shower made it easier.”

”thanks for hosting”

”Great spot Very clean”

”Jazz is a delightful theme throughout the building with each unit decorated to pay tribute to a jazz great. The Billie suite is the best and the Duke room needs some updating but is serviceable. The hosts were extremely friendly and resourceful, greeted me in person, and accommodated my requests promptly. The clean and large communal kitchen and the in-room coffee machine is a plus. Conveniently located close to downtown.”

”Everything was great!”

”Microwave made late snack runs very convenient!”
