”Arrived about 8.00pm. Checked into room and found the toilet wouldn't flush. Receptionist was there right away but failed to fix it. Transferred us to a different room right away. The new room was larger - 4 poster bed. Had to turn the radiator off and open the windows for fresh air. This made it very noisy from traffic noise. The room had a bath and a shower but the shower didn't work. Otherwise fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

”Great location on the River Tay. Lodge was clean and well stocked. We arrived on quite a chilly day, and they’d kindly put the heaters on for us, so it was warm and snug on arrival.
