Hostellit – North Keystone

”When booking this place looked great for our needs.....but after paying and getting checkin info we found out the pool was closed but yet there were people swimming but our key cards would not open the door. 1 of 3 of our cards worked at all. They said there was parking for trailers and showed a large parking lot but thats not the one for trailers we had to park about 2 miles away and walk back. The unit was clean and nice and comfortable but the AC did not work thank god they had fans and the...

”It had a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of extra blankets. Parking was close with no stairs to load and unload. It was also close to ski shuttle. Could have used a few more kitchen towels. Overall it was super.”

”Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. ”
