”The toilet was clogged when we arrived. There was no soap provided so we had to go out and buy some because the front desk wasn't manned at 7 am. There was a toaster in the lobby which was weird because there wasn't breakfast.”

”We treasured our time together in Keystone Resort--my husband and I and our two children with their families. There was so much to do and the grounds of the whole resort are beautiful. The condo was clean and the roomy; we liked the layout. It was a bit warm, so we would have appreciated a few more working fans (2 or 3 of those provided did not work), but otherwise very well-supplied. ”

”Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of yogurt, oatmeal, and bread options but no hot food except for pancake-maker. Convenient location right off the highway but not a peep heard in the room. Short walk to the pretty lake and a walking trail. Small pool and hot tub nice for relaxation at end of day.”

”We had a good stay at this hotel. The setting was beautiful, and we really loved being downtown. The lady who helped us was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The lodge is a bit older, but it was still clean and comfortable overall. The only downside was that there were no pillows in the room. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.”

”Room was great. Very clean.
The only negative was the breakfast set up. Not well restocked, 900 am empty pitcher of milk that wasn't refrigerated or set in ice. Out of bowls and spoons,few oranges and slices of bread.
Im mean im not expecting a lavish buffet but I would have enjoyed the ability to atleas have had a snack.”
