”The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.”

”Room was clean and the desk person was very courteous. Hotel appeared to be recently renovated and had a very comfortable bed. Very basic set up though. Could use USB outlets, a sitting chair and an additional shade/curtain that allows sunlight in while maintaining privacy. ”

”The room was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. The front desk lady was so nice and accommodating when we asked to stay another night. Very clean and comfortable bed. The location is perfect for the beach. ”

”Friendly staff and check in. Our first room had a malfunctioning toilet so had to change rooms. Second room was better, refrigerator was not work on the second room. Renovations were on going so some construction noise was present as early as 8:12 am when we were assured that it would start after 9am. The beds and pillows in the room were new (feet like it). Overall, it was fine. I would consider a different property in the future if there was renovations on going. ”

”The friendliest staff I’ve ever met. They were so kind and accommodating, with very generous attitudes. The room was very well cleaned, and had a wonderful mattress. ”

”Swimming pool closed for maintenance. Elevators were not functioning and in spite of begging for a room on the first floor, we were sent to the third floor! We advised them I have two torn meniscus and my husband also has ligament issue with his left knee, but to no avail. *****The cleaning staff was excellent, especially Legna, the supervisor, who went above and beyond to make sure all was well with us. The young lady at the dining room was also excellent! *****KUDOS TO THOSE TWO! ”

”I would like to speak with someone about a redund or credit to my acount. I was unable to stay the last night due to no power and no elevator from the 5th floor. All my refrigerated items were lost and that was our dinner and desssert as well as the milk to drink. The first morning we were given access to a different room to shower in and get ready for a funeral and were told all things would be good by 9am. We returned from the funeral at 430 pm and still no power. After walking up the 5...

”Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. The only issue with the room was the lighting. There was only was light in the living room area and one light in the bedroom. Otherwise it was a very nice room. ”
