”I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! ”

”Clean room, easy check in, friendly staff. I was I little worried because a school team was checking in and given rooms right next to mine. Either they were exceptionally quiet or the rooms are well insulated. Simple breakfast but they have a yogurt machine that was the best! I'd stay again.”

”The renovations of an older home were done with thoughtfulness of modern guests while keeping the charm. The two bedrooms on the main level have ensuite bathrooms. There is a half bath/ laundry room also on the main floor so that other guests don't have to go upstairs. While the upstairs has only one full bath, the two full bedrooms each have a sink, making sharing a bath much easier. ”Dirty, poorly prepped . Looked like it was designed as a frat house ! Bed upstarts unusable and bed in the closet is mattress on the floor . Fence broken and generally the place was in ill repair We were in a jam at the holiday unable to find another place or I would have left. It is close to downtown but sits in the middle of an industrial area which is largely abandoned or under construction, not a pleasant place to sit in the porch ”
