”When we arrived the property had not been properly cleaned. Contacted Missy and she was quick to reply and made other arrangements for us. The apartment upstairs was available and she transferred our rental to the upstairs apartment. The house is an older home with beautiful woodwork, creaky wood floors, and beautiful windows.We found the rental comfortable and sleep well in the bed.”

”Place was very clean, quaint, and comfortable. It is a very convenient location - and close to the train station. Walking distance to all fun things downtown Knoxville. Lisa - the host - was super responsive and helpful with any questions that we may have had. It was a the ideal spot while we were in town for a baseball tournament. ”

”Quick weekend trip with a couple buddies to visit my son and catch a game. Perfect spot. Everything you need within walking distance. The place is very nice and I would definitely stay here again.”

”Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!”

”Location is fantastic…convenient to downtown and UTK. Home was extremely clean, spacious, stocked with all the comforts of home. Beds very comfortable…best pillows in a short term rental or hotel hands down! The office space was a game changer and allowed me to easily work remotely while my daughter attended a camp at UTK. Communication, check in and out was quick and easy. Kern Food Hall across the street is convenient for a meal anytime and coffee in the morning. Highly recommend! ”

”The property was very spacious and offered everything needed for our stay. All appliances were clean and worked properly, including the much appreciated washer & dryer. The location was perfect for going to attractions in Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. The grocery store was just up the road beside 2 great restaurants - 1 Mexican & 1 Italian.”
