”What a unique and cute place to stay! The host was very hospitable and kind. The tiny house is within an easy drive from Knoxville. The house itself is also clean and organized. A highly recommended place to stay!”

”Extremely clean! (my most important feature I look for). In most areas the lighting was excellent (i.e. bright enough), the A/C and heating system worked great; Wi-Fi was excellent. The area is quiet with lots of trees, but a very short ride to a full service supermarket and some other stores. Although I would have preferred to have more water pressure in the shower, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Knoxville. ”

”The property is absolutely amazing. So peaceful! We sat on the little patio and listened to nature both evenings. Even got to hear the donkeys nicker a couple times. We met the sweet gentleman that lives there and talked for few minutes. Was sure to let us know to call if we needed anything. BUT, this is the only time we saw anyone during our stay. Very private. We had everything we needed. Very roomy home. Close and easy 15 minute to where we were going in Knoxville. Would absolutely...

”Rosey's Retreat was spectacular! Everything! The furnishings, decor, privacy, cleanliness; and all the little touches/amenities - from soaps to snacks and especially the farm fresh eggs. The guest book included dining recommendations and other things to see and enjoy in the area. TJ and Jackie were amazing hosts. We will absolutely be back!!!
