- No Smoking & No Pets: This is a strictly non-smoking property, and pets are absolutely not allowed.
- No House Parties or Chaperoned Groups: House parties are strictly prohibited. We do not allow chaperoned groups of any kind.
- Parking: The property provides parking permits for up to 4 vehicles only. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles can be allowed.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks and the use of laser pointers are strictly prohibited on the property.
- Age Requirement: This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years for all group bookings. If booking for a group of individuals, all persons must be 25 years or older. Families with children are exempt, but the parents must be over 25 years old.
- Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for all bookings.
