Located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, this private beach home is perfect for your next family vacation, reunion, wedding, golf trip or church group outing! With a beautiful and enormous private pool and hot tub, this home allows you to relax and enjoy the sun without having to even leave the property. Across the street from the beach, this home provides guest with easy access to the beach. Inside the home, there are 2 floors that are set the same as one another (the home is technically a duplex, but is only rented out as one home so guests can enjoy access to the private pool and hot tub). This means there is one kitchen, 4 bedrooms and common living space on each floor of the home.

**Please note that there are no interior stairs**

**Please note that there is only room for up to 6 cars to park at the property**

You can also have the pool heated at this property for an additional fee of $40 per night!

This home does *not* allow smoking. This home does allow pets if the Pet Fee is paid! The Pet Fee is $125 per pet.

After booking, you will receive an email from Trent Vacation Rentals with a renter agreement to sign in order to confirm your booking!

The pool space is great! Hot tub, full size smoker, grill with charcoal and lighter fluid supplied! Crock pot inside, kitchens adequate up and downstairs. The set up is nice with 4 bedrooms coming off common living area up and down. Great location across from beach. Great trip! Quick response from host!

Property was perfect for 8 adults and 8 children. Location was great. Easy access to beach. Pool and hot tub were great also. Entire family had a great time. Shared a few minor suggestions with property manager previously.

Amazing pool

Andrew responded quickly when I had questions or concerns. Fabulous owner. Duplex type House worked well with younger adults downstairs and older adults upstairs. Pool was fantastic along with the hot tub. Short walk to public beach walkway.

Comfortable and enjoyable!

Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable! We did have a few issues but when we contacted Andrew, we were very satisfied with resolution of the problem. There were issues with the pool and hot tub...the pool was cloudy and had algae in it and the hot tub was brown. My children, who have a pool, worked on scrubbing the pool and purchased supplies to shock the pool and get rid of the algae...we were reimbursed for our purchases. However, by the end of the week, the cloudiness and algae had returned. Communication with Andrew was awesome! There were a few other small issues that should be resolved.....one of the icemakers didn't work, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, one of the blenders was missing its lid, and the laundry washers only provided hot water even when set on cold, But all-in-all, we loved the house...our bed was so comfortable. I don't think I have slept so well on a vacation! The area was so quiet and peaceful. And Andrew was terrific! Thanks for a great vacation!

Rental needs a facelift

We had many issues with our rental. Overall the place was just not clean. Sticky stuff on floors, candy wrappers and juice pouches under beds, lamp shades with just grossness on them, and the list goes on. The pool was a major issue. Turned green every day. While the property manger was great in every way I had to talk to him at least every other day of a 2 week rental. The downstairs unit was poorly stocked. No sharp knives, only 3-4 pieces of each silverware, no toaster, and 2 bar stools at the kitchen table? So only 4 people could sit. Again - issues were addressed while we were there but honestly there were do many issues I cant list them all. After looking for some relief on a very expensive 2 week rental we were given less than 4% back on the total rental.

A Diamond in the Rough

The listing was accurate as far as number of bedrooms and bathrooms however there were some items of concern. There were used condoms out by the pool. They are probably still there because we weren't going to touch them. There was a coffee pot upstairs that had moldy coffee grounds it it. (Owner may want to look into a new cleaning service.)I would strongly suggest upgrading the mattresses. The memory foam toppers made it extremely difficult for our 70+ year old guests to even turn over in the bed. There needs to be a larger table in the downstairs unit because several of our guests had mobility issues and couldn't dine together because the large dining table was upstairs. One of the kitchens didn't have a cutting board and the can opener just needs to be trashed. I actually bought a 10 cup coffee maker and just left it there for future guests. The one cup keurig just wasn't feasible for a group of coffee drinkers. The pool area was nice and very comfortable. The pool was easily accessible for everyone and was large enough for our group. The hot tub was an added bonus. The pool furniture chairs need to be replaced but the table is still in good condition. If the items I mentioned were addressed I would probably rent this unit at some point in the future but not in the current state.

We Created Lifelong Memories

This was one of the best houses my family has rented! The outdoor space ranks up at the top of our list for sure! My family hung out all together outdoors most of the day, using the wonderful hot tub and pool! The Beach is directly across the street, over the dunes!! We will definitely return in the future! Thank you, Andrew for being a great host!

The stay was absolutely amazing! The owner was extremely responsive any time i had to reach out for anything which wasn't often. We received a clean house and a clean pool. The location was perfectly placed and a short distance from everywhere we wanted to go. I have already reached out about booking the property again!

Enjoyable stay, great property

Place was clean. And when I say clean, I mean spotless. Well-appointed and welcoming- house felt like it had been prepared special for our arrival and it was nice to not have to run right out to the store after a long trip to get essentials. And that was especially important because... The pool...is...awesome! My kids went in right away when we got there and spent the rest of our first day there. As a family we love going to the beach and playing in the sand and the ocean - on this trip I could not pry everyone away from the pool. Both pool and hot tub were clean (and big!). Great property, especially if you’ve got a couple of families as each gets their own dedicated (and identical) space. Extremely close to beach access- it’s just across the street and not even a block down. I’ve stayed in oceanfront high-rise hotels that took longer to get down to the beach than it took us to get there from this house. It’s literally right there. Ocean views from upstairs. Easy ample parking. Host was awesome, welcoming, responsive, and checked in to see how we were doing. We would definitely stay here again.

5 star experience

This was my first time renting with Vrbo so I was nervous. The owner was so kind and stayed in contact answering any questions I had and in a timely manner. Very attentive. During our whole stay. The pool was so relaxing and FYI there are two tables with multiple chairs so everyone had a place to sit when we we lounging by the pool. when you are upstairs you can look out at the ocean. We had such a great time there no one went to the beach!! There were sooo many bathrooms which was nice when we had so many people getting ready at the same time. There is designated parking for your unit and enough parking for 4 cars. We loved the location.
