Summary:
2 bedroom/1 bath beach bungalow - newly remodeled and pet friendly (1 small pet with pet fee) Rent one floor with 2 bedrooms/1 bath or both for 4 bedroom/2 bath. Large rear yard with patio area for lounging. Charcoal Grill is around back with plenty of space for outdoor entertaining. Footsteps to the beach! Must be 25 yrs of age to rent this property. This property does have a security doorbell at the front door entrance operating 24/7 for security purposes. No motorcycles.

The Space:
2 bedrooms/1bath, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer in unit, front porch, patio area in the back. pet friendly (1 small pet with pet fee of $150.00. Downstairs unit offers (1) queen in the main bedroom and (1) double in the second bedroom. Beautiful new kitchen with granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances and paint. TV service with Sling TV, does not have cable service. WiFi service is included.

Located on 32nd Ave. in Cherry Grove. Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to rent the property. No Motorcycles or trailers.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The close proximity to the beach, along with the partially fenced in backyard was nice for our dog. Dead end street made it very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly what we wanted. Had a nice vacation. There was some electrical issues but no fault of the owners. This was at the outside pole. Cause the house to have power issues. Quickly resolved.

Nice and quiet.

This was our first time renting through Vrbo. I did not even know how to get in, but the host responded to my text right away. We had a fine time. Easy walk to the beach. Very short walk. Nice neighborhood.

Short getaway

The property was very clean. The AC worked wonderfully. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach. There is a public access sidewalk right across the street. I’d never stayed that far north before but it was in a nice area and was not overly crowded with tourists or vehicles. Chris was very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this property.

Perfect for Our Family of 3!

You can’t beat the location of this rental. Short walk to beach access across the street. Close to the local attractions. Spacious enough for our family of 3. Equipped with basics you may need for your stay. The local neighbors were kind and helpful. Communication with property manager was efficient. There is a unit above so there is understandable noise to be heard. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute, but needs cleaning

Good location, washer/dryer was great. 1. Needs Cleaning - Pet hair was all over sofa and floors. We communicated with the mgmt office. The unit had a washer/ so we asked if we could wash the sofa cover. They said no, but we could vacuum if we wanted to get the hair off the floor. We are dog lovers, but the hair was over-the-top too much! 2. Extremely loud - could hear foot steps coming from the upper unit, day and night. Had to tap ceiling with broom at one point. 3. AC units in bedrooms worked well, but very loud. 4. Sink in bathroom drained very slowly. At times plugged for 30 minutes + (maybe high tide) 5. Bathmat and shower curtain liner was mildewed. Easy to replace at Amazon for less than $10 each.

Great house! Close to the beach! Perfect for our little family of 4 and a 2 minute walk to the beach! Can’t beat it! Also close walk to stores/restaurants, etc!

The condo was modern and clean and had everything we needed for our beach week! I was not notified by the rental company how to get into the condo, and had to call their office to get our door code, so just a little better communication upon check-in next time would be ideal.
