Cool Air Cottage Downstairs OF Duplex

Summary:
Cool Air Cottage duplex offers ample off street parking for each rental unit. Walk up the stairs to the screened porch and ocean view and enter the living area with plenty of family seating. Enjoy the large flat screen TV with cable TV service. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals and eat at the picnic table style dining table or the at the breakfast bar. Hardwood floors throughout the cottage and ceiling fans and TV's in each room. Three bedrooms have their own individual window a/c units as well as a unit in the kitchen with ac and heat options. Bedroom #1 offers one double bed, bedroom #2 offers two double beds and an ocean view and bedroom #3 offers one double bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo unit in the hallway. Wifi internet service available. Outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Pets are not allowed and unit is NON - SMOKING. Walk out onto the beach and see Garden City in the distance to your right and Bird Island in the distance to your left. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.

The Space:
Ocean front duplex with an incredible nostalgic feel! Each floor has a screened in porch facing the beach with rocking chairs. Enjoy the large beachfront yard, perfect for your family to play corn hole and other outdoor family games. A short walk over the path in the dunes and you are in a beautiful spot to look right and see Garden City and left to see Bird Island.

Rent one floor, or the entire house for your family stay. Entire house sleeps 16 total with an additional unit upstairs with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.

Guest Access:
Guests will need to come to the office to pick up the key to the property and parking permits for the property.

The Neighborhood:
Windy Hill is located at the southernmost end of North Myrtle Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Ask the host for recommendations in this area! Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in North Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi .

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
