Villa house was Nice. Just a few things would have made it way better. The floor in the kitchen look like it has had water damage. Made noises when walked on. The frying pan to cook eggs was rusted. I had to go buy one myself. Not enough cook ware. No pot holders or extra kitchen towels. No extra blankets as it water air condition vents were right on top of our heads because it was hitting us straight on top of us. You need to put vent reflectors to shoot outwards. More hangers in closets. We love North beach and have stayed at the resort several times. From the villas to the towers with for pool or beach. With kids. The biggest issue was the shuttle service during peak season they needs 2 or 3 buses especially in the evening time 4pm-6pm going around for pick and drop offs continuously. Have a different shuttle van for taking people across the street to the shop & restaurants. It’s hard when you have a family of 6 plus 2 babies. You have to have so many extra items with children. We waited for 30-40 minutes and we called the shuttle number for pick up service.
