To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.


This Property is Legal and Licensed by the City of North Myrtle Beach / Myrtle Beach!
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
We kindly ask you to utilize the washer and dryer if available in the unit to freshen linens. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

During months when there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guests.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach's Ordinance rules.
Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay a fine for that.
This is not a party house.

We all loved it. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the games. The peace and quiet was so enjoyable. We will recommend this to our family for upcoming larger family trips. I honestly can say I chose correct for my anniversary trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed to make it enjoyable.
