” Check-in was seamless and very straightforward and simple. The kitchen was fine with the exception that there were no forks and the refrigerator door was not aligned and would not stay closed completely. ”

She helped me reserve our same-day check-in after our plans for another trip fell through at the last minute, saving the day for my son’s birthday. The house is beautifully decorated with colorful art and supplies mostly everything needed on a trip....

”I messaged the owners upon arrival of our displeasure of a few of the things that we noticed right off the bat and never received a response. These are the things we weren’t happy with during our stay: only 2 forks in kitchen, TV in the living room kept pausing on its own, both beds were awful. They squeaked and made awful noises and sheets and pillows were uncomfortable. Bathroom grout on the floor was horrible. Couch pillows were stained. We didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood.
