I myself followed house rules? yet got rated bad I had communication, perfect but they didnt ... was kept and left so clean it was cleaner than when came, my communication was excellent trying to get in, even with broken locks. , other guests pets trespassing into my unit pooping and leaving IN MY YARD? and I even picked up, tv didnt work during rain, so bored, chairs and towels and even...

”We have a tight group of school friends and all our kids are the same age. This home was the perfect base camp for our group to hang out at with a spacious and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!”

”Overall a nice stay. It is across from a cemetery, which I should have did more research before to avoid this, however, if you do not have issue with that the house is cute and well equipped. The host is communicative and responsive. The WiFi did not work during our stay, was not a huge deal for us. Bed was comfortable and the house was clean for the most part. Check out instructions a little unclear since there was no dumpster to take trash to and no dishwasher, or clean sponges to wash dishes...

The location was perfect and walking distance from almost everything! Ryan was a great communicator and the check-in process couldn’t have been any easier! Would definitely stay again.”

”We booked this in December for an early June vacation and messaged the manager inquiring about the propane tank for the outside kitchen to make sure it would be available. The plan was for most all of our meals at the grill. When we arrived the tank was missing. We were told if we purchased a tank we would be reimbursed. Original messaging implied a tank would arrive shortly. After more text messaging the following day, a tank was delivered 24 hrs after check in. Alas, the grill worked once...

”Great location close to everything. Nice area outside to sot in the evening. Enpugh towels and paper goods for our stay. I would recommend. You can walk 10 minutes to the beach. The bunk bed and queen bed were comfortable and clean.”

”Every thing was great. I would have liked to had a refrigerator with an ice box. Also a can opener would have been a help. Over all it was a great location for a summer party vibe. The Sip Yard is right across the street. Which is good if you like music! It’s like being at a concert you didn’t have to pay come for.”
