It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork! We spent our evenings out on the patio.Would definitely stay again if we were in Sacramento!”

”There was a little bit of miscommunication on check-in with the lock box that keeps the house key. They have a very prominent keypad on the door jam that doesn't work and then one on the door that is the one you're supposed to use. I got in late and didn't see the one on the door so had to call the owner for help. They promptly gave me directions for how to get in the back door. We figured out later that I was trying to use the wrong keypad. Other than that, this was a very nice stay for a great...

”The place was perfect for me as I was on a business trip. I had a place to work, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the kitchen equipped for my needs. The room was bright and clean.”

”I enjoyed my stay and so did my dogs! The yard was full of wonderful plants and places for them to explore! The host gifted me with a nice bottle of wine and some chocolate! Easy to check in and out!”

”The check-in process and check-out was smooth and well communicated. The apartment was as described in the pictures and listing. The kitchen facilities well fit my needs for my two month stay for clinical rotations. However, there was an issue with the dishwasher not working that ended up taking half of my stay to get fixed. There was no compensation or apology for this mishap. Otherwise the facility well suited my needs and location was convenient for what I needed. ”
