”The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio.”

”This was our first stay since the Hilton transition, and the collapse in quality is staggering.The resort has devolved from an upscale sanctuary into an under maintained, commercialized venue that prioritizes a "trashy carnival money grab" over paying overnight guests. We paid a premium luxury rate to enjoy resort amenities we could not even access or use. The failures during our stay included:

The pros: helpful/friendly staff/clean pools/clean rooms
The cons: half resort is under construction right now and the construction is loud, and the property is so packed with people on weekends - it's hard for the staff to maintain clean property grounds - lots of empty glasses and trash left around”
