”This place is a dump. The only nice thing I can say was there were no bugs in room. floor was damaged and filthy dirty. Transient population using facilities. Had a dog in one of the rooms that barked all night. Mattress was terrible. Minimal amount of towels. Washcloth you can see through. When I pointed out to manager that rate I was charged was more than currently advertised. He stated that is because expedia gets alot of the money. I would never stay there again and would never want...

”When I checked into my room, it looked clean. I pulled that covers back to get in bed. The sheets were dirty. I pulled the sheet back and the pad underneath was dirty so I went to the office to get new sheets. They gave me a new room, but I got in that room. I checked the sheets. They were clean. It had a foul smell, no remote and only one lightbulb. There is no security security doors that a lot to get into the building to go into your room, everything is unlocked and open. ”Stayed for one night after arriving at SeaTac before heading up North to Canada. Pros: The hotel is located right next to the airport and is easy to access. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cons: Noisy rooms with lousy aircon.”

”My stay was overall good, clean and comfortable room, quiet area. Parking lot is bit tight. My biggest problem was shower: water pressure is a trickle, hot/cold knobs are wacky and the shower head was ridiculously low, under 5 ft.”

”Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again.”

”They checked us in, gave us a room key and them asked for it back saying we were not allowed to check in tell 4pm... u think they would have told us that as we tried to check in at 2am after a long day evening of traveling. We offered to pay more for the night and they refused. Asked for a refund and they refused.”

”The room that I booked was a Suite for Double queen. Never got that room type and the room we did receive was filthy. Items from previous guests were still there the refrigerator was nasty. Cigarette burns on every surface imaginable but this is a non smoking hotel. My child mentioned the toilet smelled like someone just pooped in it. I was very surprised as Extended stay America has a great reputation. Turns out for this location it’s an exception to the norm.”

”The most unique thing about the property is the nightlife with all the people walking around hiding in the bushes and doing God only knows what Sandy in the parking lot holding a straw you know it's a drug and hooker hotel made to be looking like it was something else the front sides all pretty the backsides where they put everybody else to books on this Expedia or any other secondary application so I do not recommend staying in this garbage hotel”
