”We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was quiet, spacious, and well taken care of. Maricarmen and Carlos provided great communications. The location was perfect for us as it was quick to jump on the freeway and get anywhere we wanted in no time. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip.”

”Stayed for one night after arriving at SeaTac before heading up North to Canada. Pros: The hotel is located right next to the airport and is easy to access. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cons: Noisy rooms with lousy aircon.”

”Giving the place a one star in generous. When I got into my room there where no towels. The floor had gaps in it. The shower was so hard to turn on I had to stand in the tub and pull. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor (I have knee replacements and just got off a 26 day cruise) plus they use a app that I had to put $25 in and spent $5. Probably never see the balance. Had to ask for an ice bucket and where the machine was. Desk staff were good people, but it doesn't make up for the lack of...

”I drove a long way and was very much looking forward to a hot shower upon my arrival. I was very disappointed when I got in the shower and the water was not hot, lukewarm at the most. Was the temperature of the hot water reduced to save money? I have stayed at this hotel before without any problem but after my most recent stay I will not be staying there again.”

”Great stay for the night before an early flight”

”Beautiful room. Stocked kitchenette even with a wine opener which is rare. Pool and hot tub were clean. Lobby restaurant was delicious (try the chicken Caesar flatbread), and they even had bicycles that were free for guests to sign out so you can go explore without having to deal with uber and stay active. Gym was well-worth it as well.”

”Amazing stay! Needed one night after a late night flight and not wanting to drive after getting in at 2am. Staff was absolutely amazing. Hotel was great-- beds clean, property had ample parking, breakfast was great. Great for flying in and out of SEATAC or even commuting to Seattle (Timed it the next morning--17 mins to downtown). 100 percent will stay again, and highly recommend.”

”Stayed two separate nights. Keep hotel phone number handy for requesting airport shuttle pick-ups. Restaurant next door. Clean budget friendly rooms, standard breakfast buffet kept warm and clean, hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport. During our first stay the shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive at the airport. Traffic was bad but I had a feeling the evening driver delayed leaving the hotel due to shift change and the driver wanted our pickup to be his last. Our second shuttle pickup was 10...

”There were a number of great features. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the shuttle service was a great benefit. My only complaint is that one of the drivers frequently seemed impatient or frustrated with riders. Otherwise, it was a great experience.”

”The property looks great but so many issues. Check-in didn't acknowledge my reservation. In the room, no soap or shampoo, no hangers, not enough towels for two. Moved rooms because of road noise and the second room again without enough towels, also lacking flatware for two. Apparently the hotel laundry ran out of soap, which was the cause of the towel shortages. ”
