”Room was nice. Good size. Bed was comfortable. Great walking area for my dogs. Staff at desk were friendly. Convenient location. Would have loved some bacon with breakfast. ”

”Parking was excellent and walked everywhere around town and on the Harbor Rail Trail. Short direct ride to Plum Island where we spent an entire afternoon on trails and to beaches. Loved the fall colors! Meals were excellent at FishSide, and Michael’s for Baked Haddock Friday Special. Just a short getaway but took our time coming and going to enjoy the autumn season.”

”Room was really clean, great staff always ask if we need something, really unique rooms and really close to the port/ downtown area, also really quite town. Perfect destination spot. ”

”The location was perfect. Easy walk to main street and the harbor walk was just across the street. Easy drive to the Hammond Castle. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small, but fine. The continental breakfast was very nice. John the owner was very attentive and kind. Thanks for the lovely stay.”

”Charming B&B in the center of Newburyport about 3 blocks from the water. Easy walking distance to river walk, multiple restaurants of varied menus, and charming shops (no chains). Easy driving to most north shore locations. Inn keeper was gracious and provided answers to questions about what's in town. Rooms were good size with modern bath facility. Good breakfast offering. Only thing that could have been better was low bandwidth WiFi, but I guess that's not that important for a B&B experience....
