”Traveled with 92 yo parent and the staff was able to accommodate us nicely. This is an older hotel so there is no elevator,which we knew prior to booking. We were able to negotiate the stairs fine as the staff put us on the main floor.
The breakfast was made to order and was delicious. We would definitely stay here again”

”We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!”

”Small, beautiful Inn, cozy fireplaces, and supplied Duraflame logs, adorable historic feel, but with all the modern amenities you would expect of a five star bed and breakfast! This was a return visit for us, and we would absolutely come back again!”
