”This is an amazing hotel and I’m so thankful we discovered it and didn’t stay at a downtown location. Convenient location with beautiful views. You can literally walk off the property and straight into the zoo. There is also a convenient ferry to Sydney located at the zoo entrance. ”Clean room and private shower is what we selected. Two floors no elevator. There is a Bistro and Bar below the hotel. Andrew was friendly and helpful assisting us with our luggage to our room. Excellent Bistro menu and bar service. We had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries and it was the best I ever had. We recommend the PC sandwich. I even complimented the chef loudly in the Bistro. ”

”Nice hotel, clean, good sized rooms. Only downside was the elevators - 2 of 3 were not functioning so wait times were too long (would make more sense to service one at a time). ”

Rooms are small but comfy, staff is very friendly and the location is great - you can reach city center with a 10min ferry with beautiful views to Sydney harbor. On the negative side, breakfast is pretty basic and WIFI was free, but very slow.”
