Nice, reasonably priced, and great location. I’ve stayed here many times while visiting Dewey Beach. Rooms are somewhat dated and carpeting is worn, but still a good overall experience. Free 24 hour coffee in the lobby is a nice bonus.

Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center
The staff was fantastic and very friendly. I am going to miss the partial ocean view when the new hotel goes up.

The Bellmoor Inn & Spa
Very clean and well-maintained property. The room was pretty basic but with nice touches. The bed was okay but not super comfortable. Parking was super easy onsite in the back or the garage below. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were very friendly. The bar served great ...

Hotel Wave Rehoboth Beach
The room itself was excellent however the pool was cloudy and the hot tub in the pool area needs improvement....the bug in the breakfast case however was a comete turn off...it may have been a roach
