”This long weekend with our children and grandchildren was perfection!! The house layout was perfect, the location was perfect and the beach/weather cooperated too! ”We stayed here for my son's high school graduation. It was very nice and clean and we had no issues at all. We didn't get to go to the beach bc it stormed the whole time, but what little break we did get we got to enjoy the pool! It has plenty of parking and is nicely located! We come to PCB every summer, would love to come back and or recommend to someone else!”

”We really enjoyed staying at this clean, quaint home in East Hill. It was a great location to visit UWF, Pensacola Beach, the Bay Area and downtown. Our dog was able to join us, and she was calm and peaceful here. There is a fenced in yard which was convenient. It is definitely an older neighborhood but the majority of the houses are maintained well, and we felt completely safe walking our dog late in the evening. ”Such a beautiful home with all stated amenities. The community was beautiful and quiet. Our only complaint was the 0.5 mile walk to the beach and the 4 flights of stairs that you had to go down to get to the beach. Overall the home, beaches, shopping, and food were all fabulous! ”This property is nestled deep on the bayside of Sandestin. The golf cart makes moving all throughout the community SO easy. Plenty of privacy and great location. The bottom floor seemed to be updated recently, but the second floor doesn’t look to be updated at all. Besides the second floor needing a bit of TLC, everything else was great. The screened back porch was perfect for late night sitting and relaxing. The “fourth” bedroom is a bunk in the open loft area between the two upstairs...

”We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.”
