”Staff were pleasant but there were errors at check in which resulted in delays in getting into my room. The room was nice but no trash bags in some of the trash cans which was inconvenient. Parking was charged separately at a cost of $42.00 for the day. Would have been nice to know that when pricing where to stay. Hotel was conveniently located to the event we were attending so al in all, it was a good choice.”

”Location was not in down town. Nothing avaible near by, only 7 Eleven. Free shuttle service was available very limited time daily. Breakfast options were poor, very limited options for glutein free. Restarant wasn't real restaurant. Gym was ok. Overall hotel description was incorrect.”

”Mr.Fudge was super nice and helpful, room was clean, breakfast was just some snack type stuff, they offer free bottles of water your whole stay which is nice. Walking distance to lots of stuff and parking is easy. The vending machine did eat three of my dollars but thats alright, overall if your looking for a quick place to spend a night so you can go do things around orlando this place is fairly priced and good spot.”

”The room was very clean. My only complaint was at night you can hear the other guest and the door slamming closed so it was hard to stay sleep. I always love embassy suites when traveling so i know they will take note of my concerns and adjust.”

”I want to start off with upkeep is the biggest factor for me, and it is why my score isn’t at a 4-5. Water pressure from the toilet is very poor. It requires a good 5-10 minutes if you want to flush more than once. Cleanliness wise, there were set-in stains that are on the toilet and the shower floor. Perhaps it’s just chips of ceramic that were gone from use and maybe hard water stains in the shower. That’s not something that the cleaning staff could reasonably fix without heavy duty cleaning...

”Everything was perfect except the kitchen is to close to the main lobby and seating area also kitchen door was always open making the food smell all around the main lobby and entrance. Its just a remake but I will stay again ..”

”Hotel is a little on the older side but has everything you need for a short stay, Breakfast was good, free shuttle from airport, staff was welcoming and friendly. ”

”Location is great. We checked in pretty late and left early - the in & out process was very convenient.”
