”Liked: quiet, big room. Didn't like: odd odour in room, got locked out of our room and attendant was away from desk, hassled us about BW points because we booked through Expedia.”

”Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”

”The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly.”

”It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote”
