”Very pleased. Although the mattresses on the beds are very hard. Would suggest the following to make guests more comfortable: hooks for clothing and wet towels. There is no place to hang anything in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Waste basket in bathroom. Fitted sheets on bunk beds. Another chair by the couch area. Stools at breakfast bar nice. Take the plastic off light in bunk bed area. Not safe and could melt to glass if it hasn’t already. New Broom. I will upload photos. ”

”The cabin was great for us, my husband and teen daughter and our two dogs. The layout of the cabin was fantastic and the outdoor space was magical!!! We walked down the street to the dock and enjoyed the view in the evening. It is great for swimming. The cabin was easy to find and close to a market for supplies. The neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed cooking out and a fire in the evenings. We can't wait to visit again. ”

”We needed a stop over point on our way to Northern Michigan from Grand Rapids and chose Houghton Lake as the location. We were fortunate enough to find this little gem right off the water! Very clean and comfortable as advertised! Would do it again! ”

”Well it was a good location upon arrival we found the cabin a bit dirty but within 5 minutes of me contacting the manager they had things back in order. The motel could be updated but the cabin was wonderful. Unfortunately they were doing road construction so it was a bit confusing to get in the parking lot wish they would have told us that before hand. Overall rating was a 5 because we were happy with how everything turned out. We would stay again. ”

”Me and my Nephew stayed here for a long weekend. It is a great location for exploring the area. We went as far as St. Ignase for a day trip. The cottage was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed as far as towels, kitchen items, toiletries. I was surprised to see a smoker there for use, we did use the grill. The furniture is comfortable. Over all I would definitely come back. ”
