”Love the pretty much ski and ski out. Hot tubs were busy but always had availability for sitting pool was nice and warm. They closed promptly at 10pm but staff was reasonable at closure. ”

”The room was a dated and basic furniture was uncomfortable. Dining options are limited to one restaurant and a coffee shop. There were 2 fire alarms on back-to-back nights and when we went to leave, the parking lot was not plowed ”

”The room was clean. BUT it took an act of congress to get into the room. I received NO INSTRUCTIONS on how or where to check in. I did a virtual check in, which supposedly gives you this Bluetooth connection to unlock your room door. This worked 25% of the time. It once took me 30 minutes to get into my room because it “could not locate the room.” That’s unacceptable. Finally, went to the other side of the village and was told by someone I could get a normal hotel key card from the service...

”The room wasn't terrible, it was serviceable. I'm giving it 1 star for 3 reasons. #1- There was no bedding for the pull out couch. #2- The bathroom vent fan does not work. #3- The locker which was assigned to the room needs the shelf repaired, one side has become separated from the wall. If management reaches out to let me know those issues have been addressed I will re-rate and edit.”

”Maintenance is lacking on the entire property. The bathroom mirror had a nice saying (not family friendly) on it that showed up vividly when steamed over which happened easily since the fan was useless. ”

”The rooms, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned. Lot of towels and kitchen appliances. The sofa bed was not so good. Rooms were kind of dark because only one outside window for the whole apartment.”
