”The whole stay was nice. Staff was helpful, breakfast was wonderful, and being able to bring my pups was great. They had a very nice area to take our pups out. I would definitely stay there again.”

”The thing I loved most was a huge breakfast they serve everyday!! It was amazing! Eggs sausage pancakes, homemade cinnamon rolls(hot), any kind of bread and toaster , gravy and biscuit , yogurt any flavor, cereal, three kinds of juice, fresh coffee, creamer. Parking was a little issue but wouldn’t keep me from staying there again.”

”The hotel looked good on the outside but the elevator was on its last leg. The room smelled awful and there's no way I would shower in the bathroom. The tub was falling apart. It seemed clean on the surface and the staff was very nice.”

”This is a low budget motel, so with these you don't expect things to be fancy. I had a very nice quiet two nights stay here and things were excellent. My room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I had an easy entrance and exit to my first four room from the back to get in and out with my dogs. They had a surprisingly nice well appointed breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage , oatmeal, cereal, and muffins. I would highly rate my stay here!”

”When we arrived they said that they did not have a room for us. And then blamed it on Expedia over booking the room that we had booked weeks in advance.”

”This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Moldy bathroom, broken couch, filthy bedding and pillows. Food splattered all of walls and lamp shade. I left and was promissed they would approve my Expedia refund. They ignored Expedia's phone calls and emails. I have sent them text, emails and tried to call. I was also ignored. I will be reporting this hotel to Cooperate, and the following Chatanooga offices: Health Department, Better Business Bureau, The Chamber of Commerace, Tourist...

”Sent to my room and it hadn't been cleaned. Sent back several hours. TV was broke. Had to pack and unpack my car several times. Manager was an ass.”

”The sink in our room was dirty. The conditioner was half used. Layer of dust everywhere. The man at the front desk just stared at me when I told him.”

”We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars”

”I would not recommend staying here due to the location of the property. A lot of sketchy people stay at this motel. The rooms were not clean the floor was not mopped the only thing I noticed decent was that the bed was made. The owners or staff are very short and unfriendly.”
