”The bathroom was cold during my stay, no heat. There was no parking available in front of the house as the host mentioned, he didn’t shovel the snow so I parked two blocks away and I was chased out of the space I parked by a resident. The room could use thicker curtains for privacy. Linens and pillow cases were unclean. Other than that it was quiet area. ”

”Very convenient spot. Every major attraction is nearby. Public parking lots are close but you could get lucky with street parking. Room itself was well kept and comfortable for two.”

”The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”

”It was the perfect landing pad for a family reunion. We hope to stay there again next year.”

”The apartment overall is nice, and located in an area that is close to shops and dining. Listing photos are accurate, but as others have mentioned, this is not a "luxury" apartment. ”

”There isn’t a “kitchen” but a minimum amenity was there and that was enough for me. Lots of dining options nearby. A quiet neighborhood and separate entry. Host was very responsive and accommodating. ”

”Check-in was at 3 PM and I was unable to reach the host until 11 PM that night to gain access to the property. They never sent anything in advance. It was the most miserable experience I have ever had.”
